How do you convince a judge that you are innocent in a Grand Larceny Theft not on peron $200 case?

You are innocent of stealing from another person, however the persons husband is part of law enforcement so they take out an arrest warrant against you for a fabricated amount of money which makes the charge Grand Larceny Theft $200 not on person as you did not know it was theirs but were going to give it to the police officer. Face is paralyzed from Bells Palsy so I am not ever believed. How do you convince the Judge that you had good intentions and did not intend to steal?
