I'm 19 years old and I want to become a michigan state police officer?

I got a misdemeanor in larceny when I was 13 but I plan to get it expunged will this hurt me when I apply for this job which I won't be applying for til after I get my bachelors degree in criminal justice which won't be for atleast 4 more years? because I've had a clean record ever since no tickets or anything
