If I Lied To My Recruiter, Will It Be Best To Tell MEPs Personnel The Truth?

my recruiter ask me about my juvenile history, i told him about the pety larceny charge but i believe i have 1 or 2 other misdormenor charges as a juvenile... ANY advice will be great..
