Do i qualify for a divorce in new york?

i got married 2 weeks ago. after 5 days, she had me arrested and charged with petit larceny, and she kicked me out. its her mothers house and she has banned me from there. we both want a divorce. can i be granted an uncontested divorce after such a short marriage? we dont have any children
